• As a key member of the Financial Management Team, the prospective candidate will assume a strategic leading role in the overall management of the company’s finances and accounts. This critical role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations and financial management

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy:
• • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting:
• • Manage and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• • Help to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports using data from the accounting system.
• Financial Analysis:
• • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to the corporate management to support strategic planning.
• • Develop various financial models and costing analyses as and when required.
• Accounting Operations:
• • Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.
• Tax & Vat Management:
• • Supervise the annual tax & vat processes and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Internal Control:
• • Effective and efficient operation Internal Audit and Compliance Services.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and oversee.
• Strategic Financial Advice:
• • Provide strategic financial insights on a per-requisition basis to the Chairman, Managing Director and Board of Directors to support decision-making.
