Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

In your capacity as the Job Ready at Work initiative’s Senior Manager of Global Marketing Sales, you will guide a vibrant team in creating and carrying out strategic plans that will increase revenue and sales in international markets. Your contribution will be crucial to the promotion of our all-inclusive workplace-specific job readiness solutions, which equip workers with the abilities and information needed to succeed in their positions and progress their careers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and implement thorough marketing and sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase the market share of Job Ready at Work products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • To determine competitive prospects, do market research and analysis.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to match sales and marketing initiatives with the overarching goals of the company and the product roadmap to achieve revenue targets.

Group Headship:

  • Establish a culture of creativity, cooperation, and excellence by leading and motivating a high-achieving group of marketing and sales specialists.
  • Team members should receive mentorship, direction, and assistance to improve their abilities, output, and professional development.
  • Establish precise goals, KPIs, and performance standards. Then, track goal progress to make sure it’s in line with company objectives.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and implement initiatives that empower the sales force and increase revenue by providing resources, tools, and training.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations.
  • Work together with the development and product management teams to make sure that product offers and market demands are in line.
  • To properly position Job Ready at Work solutions in the market, create value propositions, advertising campaigns, and pricing strategies.

Account Management:

Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations, business development prospecting, and post-sale support.

Create, project, and carry out successful sales possibilities.

Reach revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Managing a Global Marketing Team

  • Lead and guide a diverse global marketing team
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team spread across different regions.
  • Set clear performance objectives for team members and regularly assess their progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Encourage collaboration and innovation among team members to drive creativity and efficiency.
  • Create a supportive work environment that promotes open communication and idea-sharing.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor expenses closely and analyze ROI to optimize budget utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local markets.
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings and provide valuable insights and updates.

Obtaining and holding on to Customers:

  • Oversee customer acquisition initiatives by developing strategic alliances with employers and other industry players, running focused marketing campaigns, and generating leads.
  • To promote consumer adoption and retention, cultivate and preserve relationships with influential people, decision-makers, and important clients.
  • Put customer retention methods into practice to increase client pleasure, loyalty, and long-term value.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, strategic alliances, and targeted marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry players, and strategic partners to enhance market presence and revenue growth.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, market insights, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
