Additional Requirements

To meet the objectives and targets of the customer’s quality.
Setting quality standards of the factory for customer’s requirements and guidance for each department and process.
Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, pre-production quality assurance, line layout, In-line production quality control, final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
Experience in washing process is a must.
Must have sound knowledge in various yarns quality.
Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports.
Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
Coordinate with factory production team, merchandising team & all relevant staffs.
Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production team.
Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI).
Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final products meet with customer quality requirement.
Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the sweater factory.
To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.
