Responsibilities & Context

HR Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the HR team’s efficiency and competency.
  • Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR issues, contributing to strategic thinking, and aligning HR objectives with company policies.
  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance appraisal.
  • Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.
  • Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.
  • Prepare and implement recruitment plans to support talent sourcing and timely hiring.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct salary surveys to remain competitive with industry trends.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure legal compliance documents up to date.
  • Oversee access control, time attendance, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.
  • Maintain discipline and chain of command within the factory.
  • Coordinate and support management teams and department heads.
  • Organize official meetings as required and supervise subordinate staff.
  • Monitor and develop operation budgets for administrative functions.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance team and enhance their competency.
  • Administer social and environmental compliance audits and prepare for buyer visits.
  • Maintain communication with government and compliance organizations.
  • Ensure a healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.
  • Keep up to date with Buyer Code of Conduct and handle social and technical audits.
  • Prepare audit CAP reports and maintain all compliance documents as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle any job assigned by the management.
