Craft and execute the organization’s HR strategy, ensuring policies are clearly communicated, fairly implemented, and effectively adhered to.
Develop and maintain robust systems for gathering performance data, analyze statistical trends to propose actionable solutions, and enhance managerial capabilities through targeted training on best practices.
Address interpersonal challenges impacting performance, establish and periodically review performance benchmarks, and concentrate on manpower planning, training, and employee well-being.
Offer guidance to key stakeholders on HR matters, including labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Manage the orientation process for new hires, oversee exit interviews to glean insights, and endorse relevant employee training initiatives.
Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters as necessary.
