• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities & Context

• Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotation, price negotiations, preparing competitive statement, negotiating with actual windows and placing the order through the authorities approval
• Tracking the order and insure timely delivery
• Supporting the local sourcing, price negotiations, price finalization, price negotiations of other terms and condition and dealing finalizing and insurance of purchase order
• Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely deliver at right place as per the requisition
• Good knowledge with spares and equipment’s such as compressor, printing materials, mechanical, civil goods, transformer, various electronic panels, construction materials, stationeries and computer hardware and PET Chips & Fiber etc.
• Maintaining liaison with other sister concerned to follow up the requisition and feedback of the delivery goods
• Ensuring the quality of goods and materials brought
• Follow up delivery invoice and file management of those records in the systems software and manually
• Building and maintaining long term relationship with windows and suppliers
• Forwarding all invoices to accounts and finance department along with the auxiliary documents for fixed payment
• Preparation of tenders and station standardized tender documents
• Preparing different types of purchase reports when required development of organization procurement strategy identification and realization of cost saving and cost reading reaction of opportunities
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
