Senior Branch Manager:

• For Sr. Branch Manager, we are looking for someone with maximum of 2 – 4 years of experience.
  • Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Background in fast-paced or tech-enabled environments preferred.

Branch Manager:

• For the Branch Manager position, we are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience(maximum). We also welcome someone who recently graduated or if he/she has some kind of experience, in case there is a lack of educational requirement. It depends on skills/knowledge.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong ownership mindset and operational attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-speed settings.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with exceptional service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, associates, and delivery staff.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Coordinate with central operations, supply chain, and tech teams.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
• Drive continuous process improvements
