Job Circular: Sr. Manager/ Manager-Operations (Stuffed Toy)

Overview:

RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in Toys industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for a dedicated “Sr. Manager/ Manager-Operations (Stuffed Toys) ” to oversee and optimize our Toys operations division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency in stuffed toy production.
• Set and monitor production goals, KPIs, and quality standards to meet customer demands.
• Manage workflow schedules, allocate resources, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the production of high-quality stuffed toys by maintaining stringent quality checks at all stages.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Work closely with logistics to manage inventory levels and shipment schedules.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Promote sustainable practices in production and packaging processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
