Additional Requirements
- Age 33 to 40 years
- Must have at least 8 to 15 years’ experience in installation, commissioning and Maintenance of polymer industry’s machineries , Specifically Injection moulding Machine, Take Out Robot, Injection Blow moulding machine, Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine, PET Blow Machines and lines/robot.
- Vast experience regarding Industrial Take-out Robot (for injection molding machine) and Extruder will add additional benefit for the said position.
- Must be Able to set up the machine parameter specifically Injection molding machine, Injection Blow, Blow molding machine, Pet Blow machine, Robot and extruder.
- Must Know the electronic circuit/card, VFD/Inverter/Mother or any other circuit board repairing, ROM and VFD/Inverter programming with software.
- Must Know the Polymer industry’s machineries mechanical engineering parameter regarding screw, Gear box, Hydraulic Motor/Pump/Valve/system , Pneumatic System etc., air compressor and chiller repairing.
- Must have at least 8 to 15 years practical experience in machine commission, troubleshoot, repair and Maintenance of Plastic/polymer industry’s machineries like Injection moulding Machine, Injection Blow moulding machine Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine, PET Blow Machines and lines , take out Robot, IML Robot, Extruder, Air compressor, Air and water cooled Chiller, Boiler HVAC system, overhead crane, Tool Room Machineries Like CNC Lathe, Milling, EDM, Shaper, Laser cut and Laser Welding machine and other machines.
- Must Have very good knowledge about Different types of Motor like Induction motor, Synchronous motor, Servo motor, PMSM motor, Hydraulic Motor, Their Drive i.e. Variable frequency drive. Setup, trouble shoot, repair and maintenance.
- Must Have very good knowledge about Different types of pumps, like hydraulic pumps, different types of Vane pump, radial piston pump, Reciprocating and centrifugal pump etc. Setup, trouble shoot, repair and maintenance.
- Must Have Good And practical Knowledge about Refrigeration System, Water- and Air-cooled Chiller, AC, HVAC System Setup, trouble shoot, repair and maintenance.
- Must Have Good Knowledge on Electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering Basics, based on that trouble shooting- plastic/polymer industry’s machineries, power Generator, Load calculation and recommend to the customer for optimum engineering design.
- Must Have Good Knowledge on Electrical, electronic circuit design, ability to identify different types of electrical and electronics card trouble shooting / repairing job
- Must Have Good Knowledge and experience about Electrical Power System and Electronic Circuit board Repairing like Techmation/KEB or other brand Mother board/CPU card for injection moulding machine, Different type of Temperature Card, MMI Board Repair, Robot Card, interface controller card between CPU card and inverter /VFD, Servo Drive/Variable Frequency drive /Frequency inverter repairing,
- Must Have Good knowledge on Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, and pneumatic circuit and system, ability to read Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit drawing and have analytical ability to read the drawing and trouble shoot the machine based on that.
- Have Good knowledge about the MMI board program page/Processing/Parameter set up pages, Processing/settings of injection moulding machine, Blow moulding machine, Take out robot, and extruder.
- Must know how to repair Air compressor, Chiller, HVAC/Referent, Overhead crane etc. system.
- Must know the electrical, electronic and mechanical components, their working principle, measurement procedure (identify good or damage) for fixing/repairing and troubleshooting purpose.
- Must Have Good Knowledge on hydraulic system like different types of hydraulic valve, their working principle, application etc.
- Vast knowledge about basic process steps /running procedure or step by step working principle of Injection molding , blow molding and extruder , chiller and Take out robot etc.
- Able to set up the machine parameter specifically Injection molding machine, Injection Blow, Blow molding machine , Pet Blow machine, Robot and extruder.
- Must Have excellent communication, documentation, explanation and presentation skill.
- Must have strong customer service providing tendency.
- Giving required training if needed.
Responsibilities & Context
- Set up , install, commission, Start up, maintain, troubleshoot and repair of Plastic/polymer industries machineries like Injection moulding Machine, Injection Blow moulding machine Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine, PET Blow Machines and lines , all types of Extruders (PVC,HDPE, Flexible/Garden, Braided and corrugated hose pipe, Channel/profile, film, Door, Sheet, panel, PP/PE woven thread, Fabricated thread etc. extruder), Circular and needle Loom , PP/PE Lamination, Printing Machine (Flexo Printing, Foil, IML, DOP, PAD, Screen printing etc ) take out robot, calendaring machine, Air compressor, Air and water cooled Chiller, Boiler HVAC system, overhead crane, Tool Room Machineries Like CNC Lathe, Milling, EDM, Shaper, Laser cut and Laser Welding machine and other machines.
- Provide Complete startup checklist and production readiness acknowledgement certificate/ Commissioning certificate with help of Senior Service Engineers.
- Develop and maintain excelent customer relations; co-ordinate and liaise with internal resources to ensure effective customer service.
- Provide telephone support to customer maintenance staff; and submission of effective written reports to the Team Leader on a regular basis.
- Understand the Warranty policy and deal with the customer accordingly.
- After providing the service Follow up the case with care, and record accordingly.
- Submit and provide report both to the customer and office record the service report for future reference.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service report and submit to the management.
- Complete troubleshooting for customer support by physical visit at customer place or over phone which is required.
- Develop solutions and execute control plan to get the customer back into production as quickly as possible.
- Provide observations, feedback, data and recommendations to factory support for next actions toward resolution and warranty determination.
- Keep to Company dress code with EHS compliance when visiting customer.
- 100% communicate with customer in each task with email and phone by informing Business operation and Coordinator/ Station Head/ Senior Engineer.
- Manage toolbox and other equipment properly.
- 100% follow Company stand service documents including Bulletin/Documentations/forms and service procedure.
- Complete service reports documenting hours, observations, data, and recommendations for each service intervention.
- Complete and pass all Training Courses.
- Flexibility for travel by using public transport.
- Maintain positive relations with the sales team and customers.
