Additional Requirements

Develop and implement TQM policies, procedures, and best practices for real estate projects.
Ensure quality control measures are followed in construction, procurement, and project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
Review and validate bills submitted by contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Cross-check invoices with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), work orders, and purchase agreements.
Ensure accurate billing by verifying material specifications, work progress, and contract terms.
Identify and report discrepancies in payments, pricing, and billing errors.
Inspect construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) for quality compliance.
Verify material test reports, certificates, and supplier compliance documents.
Conduct random sample testing to ensure materials meet required standards.
Work with the procurement team to approve or reject materials based on quality checks.
Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies in project execution.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project quality.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
