Requirements

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters

• B. Sc in EEE from public or UGC approved private university.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience

• 8 to 16 years

• Must have knowledge of manufacturing products as per client requirements & specifications.
• Proven experience Minimum 8 years in factory production.
• Strong understanding of factory production processes. Specially on Transformer and Energy meter.
• Preference will be given to those, Experience on Transformer manufacturing.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operation management software.
• Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context

One of our clients is looking for 2 suitable candidates for Sr. Manager, Operations position. Major Job responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead and manage the operations department to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
• Oversee and manage the entire production process ensuring compliance.
• Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
• Forecasting of future project, estimate production cost, stay updated on the product prices and market conditions.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
• Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
