  • Age at most 40 years
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Should have experience in reputed Plastic Industry at least 5 years in Sales & Marketing department.
  • Experience as Manager/Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing) in PVC Door Company will get preference.
  • Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
  • Well conversant with MS Office applications.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager (Sales and Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our sales and marketing teams, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Over all supervision of regular operation of the company and carrying out all development works as desired by Management.
  • To Prepare annual Business Plan, Monthly Quarterly and Annual Sales Target Yearly Marketing plan.
  • Monitoring and Flow-up a Large Number of Marketing team Day To Day and Implementation of set Marketing policies, strategies to Achieve sales Target.
  • Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.
  • Monitor the stock position of a large sales team and distributors.
  • Hire and develop a team of strong performers for effective sales and distribution.
  • Set up guidelines for the sales team to develop an effective sales strategy.
  • Responsible to setup modern and effective sales and distribution strategy.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage the sales team coordinate with the transmission team.
  • prepare reports for management sales report, sales forecast, target setup, market analysis etc.
  • To prepare and share regional market/ business including the stand and status of competitors and propose way forward.
  • Supervise a Large number of marketing forces its day to day administration and review their performance regularly.
  • Continual Training and development of all members of the sales development.
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best result.
  • Lead a dynamic marketing team in implementation of set market policies strategies and organize action plan to achieve sales target.
  • Provide feed back and market information to the top management from time to time
  • Develop ideas and create offers for direct sales to retail customers.
  • Carry out market research competitors and customers surveys.
  • Overall responsible of marketing and sales of a nationals.
  • To maintain all kinds of official correspondence and maintain of all staff.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the distribution logistic team to ensure timely delivery of product.
  • Ensure Financial management of the company and timely reporting.
