Responsibilities & Context

The following list of key responsibility areas (KRAs) and responsibilities you will take on is indicative, not exhaustive. You’ll have a reasonable workload that can assure high-quality results.

Competency-Based Course Development and Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CBT&A (Competency-based Training and Assessment), OBE (Outcome-based Education) and Digital Blended Learning strategy aligned with the institute’s global training goals.
  • Identify training needs and design programs focusing on developing specific competencies.
  • Implement and oversee assessment methodologies to measure the effectiveness of competency-based training programs.

Learning Paths and Course Content Development

  • Development of comprehensive CBT&A-based training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with instructors and content creators to ensure that CBT&A-based training materials are aligned with program objectives.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement and evolution of CBT&A-based training curricula and materials based on feedback and evaluation results.

Instructors and Mentors Development

  • Efficiently recruit and manage Instructors & Mentors, including a budget, and training facilities, to ensure optimal delivery of Training programs.
  • Design and lead Training of Trainers (ToT) programs to equip instructors and team members with the necessary skills and knowledge in delivering effective Competency-Based Training & Assessment.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials for ToT programs, emphasizing best practices in CBT&A methodology.

Training Operations and Outcomes Assurance

  • Lead, Maintain and improve training operations for sustained excellence in program delivery, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Lead and Guide the team to manage the schedules of Instructors and Mentors effectively and optimize resource utilization efficiently.
  • Establish and manage a systematic process for collecting feedback from learners on training programs.
  • Analyze learner feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to training content and delivery.

Customer Experience and Success

  • Lead and Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients/learners, ensuring a clear understanding of the organization’s offerings, policies, and available resources.
  • Lead the team to Collaborate with clients/Learners to identify their specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional training programs or services, enhancing the value proposition for clients/Learners.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Generate and share regular reports on the impact of training programs, demonstrating the value delivered to clients.

Digital Learning Platforms Management

  • Lead the digital training platforms to ensure a seamless user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and design teams to integrate innovative ideas to improve the digital learning environment.
  • Closely collaborate with the Instructors and Mentors to incorporate the CBT&A principles while crafting the courses details.
  • Development and Acquisition of standard and digital content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive materials.

Content Acquisition and Platform Onboarding of Academic Institutes, Training Providers and Job Portals

  • Identify potential academic institutes, training providers (Digital Learning Platforms) and job portals for collaboration.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with prospective partners.
  • Initiate and lead negotiations with academic institutes, training providers (Digital Learning Platforms) and job portals.
  • Collaborate with legal and contractual teams to ensure the development of mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Design a streamlined onboarding process for new academic institutes and training providers.

Corporate Training Solutions

  • Understand their training needs and objectives of the Corporates.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Develop detailed training proposals that outline program objectives, methodologies, and deliverables.
  • Present proposals to clients, addressing questions and adapting solutions based on client feedback.

Proposal Development for the Projects

  • Thoroughly review and comprehend the RFP documents.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of project specifications, goals, and constraints.
  • Craft clear and concise project descriptions, objectives, and scope of work.
  • Develop a structured and organized RFP document, ensuring all required elements are included.
  • Incorporate necessary disclaimers, terms, and conditions to protect the organization’s interests.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement lean methodologies and best practices to streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
