We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a woven Jacket garments factory with very strong knowledge and experience. Suitable candidates must be well aware of Woven Garments Production, those who have experience in Outerwear (Jacket) will get preference candidates should have experience handling H&M, Aldi, Next, Southpole etc.

Take over the responsibility of production in the factory.
Overseeing the production process as well as planning and implementing the production schedule.
Execute pre-production meetings with the Planning, IE, R&D and Quality section to takeover responsibilities
Ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
Working out the human, material and other resources efficiently.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed.
Monitoring product standards and implementing a quality-control system without compromising.
Liaising among different sections of the factory when required.
Working with section heads to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Supervising and motivating the production team and workers.
People Management of 20 Outerwear (Jacket) sewing lines,
Management of Production Achievement daily targets as per Plan,
To review the production plan with capacity & strength.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles,
To evaluate and assess machine & manpower requirements periodically.
To help achieve the daily planned target
Maintain coordination with HR for harmonized IR and Compliance, with Admin for uninterrupted housekeeping support and other logistics.
