Job Responsibility of Senior Merchandiser (For Sweater)

Must be capable and experienced in sweater costing and buyer management.
Should have a strong leadership skill to drive, motivate and engage the team.
Need maintain good coordination with planning and perfection to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Establishing and maintaining relationship with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Must have technical knowledge about sweater
Implement developmental KPI as per management.
Achieve customer satisfaction, ensuring quality on time shipment.
Manage and negotiate with suppliers for yarn, accessories, etc.
Make schedule of activities, do T&A plan within department.
Able to find the discrepancies, give sustainable solution & monitor the team as a whole.
Capable to work under pressure with short lead time.
