Basic Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience in product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of orders independently·
- Have sound knowledge of fabrics and an excellent network of fabric, print, embroidery & trims suppliers.
- Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically Woven and Knit fabric properties, fabric printing and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), Kids wear product safety and integrity.
- Profound knowledge of woven and knit garment engineering and production processes is required.
- Must be capable to handle buyers independently.

- Knowledge and skills on producing and analyzing reports.

Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
- Independently execute woven and knit product development.
- Understand customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the quality samples within time frame.
- Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality test for customer approval.
- Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns.
