Job Location: Factory, Jamirdia (Square Masterbari), Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities:

Costing / Price quotation / order Negotiation.
Samples Programs and Follow up with development: for inquiry samples, Salesman, pre-production, production and as per requirement from buyers end.
Make sure all kinds of approval receive from buyers/buying in time.
Making time and action plan for booking of fabrics and accessories, delivery and production.
Print and Embroidery development Programs and follow up.
Visit factories while production starts.
Communicate to the Buyer with updated production report, quality issues, and new inquiries.
Arrange weekly meeting regarding production, sampling program & other important issues.
Doing all kind of communication with buying office by mail & telephone (if necessary).
Follow up the commercial activity, L/C, & shipment documentation process, Space Booking and related issues.
Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification
Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods & supplies.
Deal with non supplied, damaged goods, under and over orders & review inventories/quality and order as required Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
