Responsibilities & Context

H.B.Group, is a 100% export-oriented company at RMG sector in Bangladesh, searching for some motivated, self-confident, Team bound and hard-working persons (Sr. Merchandiser) who has capable for this position.

• This position is that of Merchandiser (Knit) and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.

• Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc of all Knit product.

• Must have very good knowledge of garments (Knit).
• Must have understanding of fabric terms (Knowledge of all types’ of particularly Knit fabrics).
• Assignment of jobs and monitoring the activities (team members, if any).
• Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.
•   Monitor opening of BTB- LC’s (by the factory) and processing of shipping documents, follow-up with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, liaison with Bank etc.
