- Knowledge of costing will be given advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skill in English & Hindi.
- Computer skills in MS Office package programmer and Internet.
- Must have order handling experience in ERP software.
- Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should have continues learning mind set.
- Skills & Expertise: Sweater Merchandising.
Responsibilities & Context
- Understand buyer requirements clearly and communicate them to internal departments.
- Receive and review tech packs/spec sheets from buyers and ensure accurate translation into production instructions.
- Coordinate with sample section to develop samples as per buyer requirements.
- Work with the costing team to determine garment cost, including yarn, trims, accessories, labor, and overheads.
- Negotiate prices with buyers and ensure profitability.
- Review consumption and finalize order pricing.
- Raise and follow up on yarn, trims, and accessories requisitions.
- Ensure timely sourcing and approval of all raw materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for on-time delivery of inputs.
- Monitor production progress in coordination with planning and production departments.
- Prepare and maintain Time and Action (T&A) calendar for all orders.
- Ensure all pre-production activities (PPS, lab dips, size sets) are completed on time.

- Coordinate with quality team to address buyer comments and feedback.
- Prepare and verify order sheets, packing lists, and shipping documents
