- Proper knowledge in ERP.
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context
- Corresponding with Buyers to check and confirm details of the order and payment collection.
- Receive master L/C from foreign Bank and lien to our local Bank.
- Prepare all necessary Export Documents as the demand of the CAD contract or L/C.
- Prepare cash Subsidy related documents for submission to the Bank for release the fund.
- Monitoring daily production position and take necessary action for timely shipment.
- Work with Shipping Line and freight forwarder for making shipment and other issues.
- Work with C&F Agents for maintaining proper shipment.
- Banking with commercial related matters & others issues as per instruction of the management.
