Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

ABSL is one of the potential business units of Akij Resource. ABSL is looking for some energetic, enthusiastic candidates for their Tire business. Candidates who have really good experience in related industry will get extra privileges.

Product: Premium Segment

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Top class execution of marketing tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including individual clients, retailers, and commercial businesses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Ensure necessary after sales service & technical support to the distributors by resolving all complaints/queries and taking guidance from the supervisor where required.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally for confirming their retention at 100% and taking guidance from the supervisor where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and advancements in tire technology.
