Responsibilities & Context
- Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently.
- Working on the overall distribution, logistics, warehousing, collection, maintenance, and store management systems of all Pharma depots.
- Prepare well planned and synchronized master schedule for in-house distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
- Make efficient and effective delivery system through route planning for outdoor distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
- Ensure that any or all expenses for the branches are processes as per policy and with due diligence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees at DIC to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) to work efficiently and effectively.
