Responsibilities & Context
- Communication with the Overseas Suppliers of machinery.
- To prepare a technical and commercial quotation/ offers of machinery correctly and completely according to actual requirements of Customers.
- To negotiate the scope of supply, technical parameters of products and price with overseas suppliers.
- To assist Sales Personnel to conduct their sales activities.
- To gather Product Knowledge on machinery and assist sales personnel to improve their product knowledge.
- Coordination with sales and Technical Service Team.
- To maintain and update all documents of the Division in time.
- To perform administrative role in the Division.
- Other work/ task/ assignment given by the Management.
