Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  •  At Least 5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labour law.
  • Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions and developing training modules.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to analyse Training Needs and develop appropriate programs.
  • Excellent communication skills Candidate should have good computer skill- Ms Word Ms. Excel, good typing-Speed both English and Bengali, ERP system & other software;

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
  •  Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization·
  • Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.
  •  Preparing annual training budget.
  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both internally and externally·
  • Evaluate training program’s effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.·
  • Provide coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees and acting as a resource person as needed.
  • Develop strategies in the change-management area.
  •  Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.
  • Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture.1. Training Needs Analysis:
  • 1. Training Needs Analysis :
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs across different departments and job roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to understand specific skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Analyse performance metrics and feedback to determine areas for improvement.
  • 2. Training Program Design and Development:
  • Design and develop training programs, workshops, and materials based on identified needs and learning objectives.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
  • Incorporate e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and other technology-based tools to enhance learning outcomes.
  • 3. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring effective delivery of content and engagement of participants.  ·
  • Provide coaching and support to trainers and subject matter experts involved in delivering training programs.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • 4. Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  •   Analyse training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback to trainers and participants to support continuous learning and development.
  • 5. Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Oversee the organization’s learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.
  • Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with relevant training materials, resources, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for employees accessing training materials.
  • 6. Talent Development Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to support career progression and succession planning.
  •  Identify high-potential employees and design customized development plans to nurture their skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • 7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
