Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
BBA/MBA (HRM / Management / MIS) or Bachelor (Four years) /Masters in Economics / HRM / Management / MIS
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Working experience in HR of a diversified multi donor dealing organization will get preference·
- Proficiency in Bengali and English writing skills·
- Excellent MS Office application suite knowledge and a handful of operational understanding of working in HRIS and SAP software.
Responsibilities & Context
- To assist in capacity building activities, develop training materials & conduct orientation sessions for newly joined employees
- To conduct recruitment and selection and complete joining
- To generate/prepare reports relating to HR functions/Notes/Memorandums
- To perform all relevant activities related to HR services
- To prepare succession planning for the critical roles of the Company
- To perform any other duties entrusted by the Management.
