Requirements

Education

Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Public Administration, Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field .

Experience

Additional Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation; experience of working any INGO will be a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in effectively managing the HR performance review process, providing strategic guidance to HR staff, and fostering collaboration with other departments.
• Hands on professional experience in designing, organizing, and delivering staff capacity building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Sound understanding in organizational culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA);
• Ability to identify and select appropriate training resources;
• Sound understanding of safeguarding issues (knowledge of policies and practices related to the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, fraud, anti-harassment, whistleblower protection, child safeguarding, etc.) would be a plus;
