Responsibilities & Context
- Windows SQL Server, Office 365, excellent knowledge on Excel.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Server, Data Analysis,Deep knowledge on Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, MS Office, MS SQL server, MS Outlook and POS etc.
- Maintain and update System with Latest information for Business.
- Preparation of complaint report and updating the status of the complaint and save the entire record of activities from logging to closure.
- Guiding the end-users to resolve the problem from the known error database.Prepare weekly Business report on IT system related incident
