Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Sr. Officer / Jr. Ex – (Compliance) to ensure all Compliance & Environmental sustainability aspects.

  • Ensure 100% implementation of buyer’s COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
  • Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for the following audits & Social Compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT),SCAN,GSV
  • Ensure all aspects of Environmental sustainability.
  • Monitor compliance certifications like WRAP, BSCI, ICS,ISO SEDEX, OEKOTEX, and Product traceability ( GOTS, OCS,GRS, RCS) and able to face their different audit with requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety as per in in-house checklist
  • Ensure Non-Discrimination in employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
  • Ensure that no Force Employment occurs in the factories.
  • Ensure that the Employment of  No Child/Child Looking Workers is in practice
  • Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors regarding minor findings /discrepancies during the audit.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
  • Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions that will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere to buyers’ compliance inspection.
  • Communicate with the Fire and Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation, etc.
  • To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staff
