Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Manage all aspects of bag merchandising, including market research, product development, and inventory management.
Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain product quality and production schedules.
Monitor factory production processes to ensure efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production and merchandising strategies with market demand.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory and production plans accordingly.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
