- Proven experience as BackEnd Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Next Auth, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.·
- Advantage if know about node/express js·
- Experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries.·
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Draw.io.·
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.·
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token·
- Thorough understanding of the REST and Web API, JSON, XML·
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Solid understanding of version control tools such as Git.
- Good Understanding with Docker and kubernetes.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and experienced BackEnd Developer who is proficient in PHP for the position of Sr. Officer/ Officer (BackEnd Development).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain server-side application Using PHP(Laravel/Codignitor), React, Ajax & JavaScript-based web applications.
- Utilize best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform unit testing of developed code to ensure it meets the requirements.
- Define and maintain the central database ensuring high performance.
- Ensure that applications adhere to security and performance standards.
- Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
- Develop and document technical specifications for projects
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
