- Attending quality complain on call / inform.
- Perform with functionality regarding yarn / fabric complain issue.
- Solve problematic yarn / fabric issueAnalyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes and collaborate on solution to prevent recurrence.
- Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
