Responsibilities & Context
- Supervising sales team (Order Collection) in order to achieve company’s sales objective.
- Liaison with Principal Staff.
- Monitoring Sales Associate (SA) day-to-day activities as per corporate operation guideline.
- Conduct on job training & development of subordinates.Market visit to build up personal rapport with key Customers. (Base, Ex-Base, Peripheral market, Institution, NGO’s Etc.)
- Conduction of monthly meeting effectively.
- Organize customer engagement programs etc.
