Must have wide range of knowledge in Aqua medicine, fish diseases & Aquaculture management
Ability to take new challenges and should have very good communication in field with all type of aquaculture stakeholders
Must be a good team player.
Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
Smart Body Fitness Required

Plan, execute & achieve the Aqua product sales targets; and provide technical service as per the business plan.
Identify the potential Aqua farmers and convert them into our own customers.
Provide professional direction to subordinates in aqua environment treatment.
Total aqua health monitoring and water quality management with a high level of acceptance.
Arrange training, technical session, seminars and product promotional activities.
Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target stakeholders effectively.
Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with respective management.
Perform any other task as and when assigned by the management.
