Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 3-7 years in sales/trading, preferably in construction aggregates.
• BBA/MBA or a Master’s degree from a recognized university.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with infrastructure developers and concrete manufacturers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and market intelligence reports.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and price movements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and material specifications.
• Ensure timely LC transmission, discharging operations, and payment acceptance.
