Responsibilities & Context

H.B.Group, is a 100% export-oriented company at RMG sector in Bangladesh, searching for some motivated, self-confident, Team bound and hard-working persons (Sr. Pattern Master CAD, Sample & Technical) who has capable for this position.

Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs.
Draw and plot patterns to minimize errors and fabric consumption.
Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer’s expectations.
Understand customer concepts and ideas to develop new products within the given timeframe.
Leading Pattern Master, develop prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as of the requirements.
Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
Supervise pattern correction and Provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production.
Provide logistic support for defect control to the production floor.
Make sure cost saving by achieving best efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.
Responsible for pattern direction, fabric selection, and proto and tech pack preparation as per the instruction of buyers.
Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and develop, implement and enforce CAD standards.
Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determination all matters concerning to fabric width and markers.
Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person.
Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians and suppliers) to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use.
Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.
Leading Pattern Master, develop prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as of the requirements.
Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments, and grading as per instructions.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Need to Maintain marker efficiency more than 92%.
