Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Deal with buyers or their representatives to accomplish the mission and vision. Make query on their product line and request them to provide those items design, worksheet, color-way, fabric and accessories details that are going to be used.
- After review, the spec sheet/tech-pack/worksheet and product line then forward it to factory for sample making.
- Ensure timely sample making and submission.
- Fix estimate time of delivery (ETD) of sample and inform to buyer.
- Develop, implement and monitor Sample design as per standards & procedures to meet buyer needs.
- Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation.
- Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI.
- Sound knowledge on dummy fitting Good knowledge of fabric, wash & trims.
- Check finished sample thoroughly before dispatching to the buyer.
- Prepare cost sheet and submit it to buyer
