Responsibilities & Context

Akij Glass Industries Ltd., (AGIL), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint a Senior Regional Manager for its Sales & Marketing team who will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations of AkijBashir Glass. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Glass Industries Limited’s overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion 

  • Lead, mentor, and guide AGIL sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success 

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness 

  • Identify new business opportunities for AkijBashir Glass, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company’s market share in the glass industry 

  • Serve as an ambassador for AkijBashir Glass Brand and its team, embodying our values and fostering strong client relationships to drive market growth and reinforce our commitment to excellence in glass manufacturing 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in AGIL, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth 

  • Oversee the Sales Operation’s annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives. 

  • Develop insights and understand our AkijBashir Glass Brand products, including their features, and customization options 

  • Travel extensively across the glass markets to connect with dealers, retail points, customers, and generate leads to attain customer satisfaction

Skills & Expertise
