Technical Skills Requirements:

Backend Developments:

Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL database, including complex queries and optimization.
Experience with third party APIs (e.g. payment gateways, map services)
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

Fronted Development:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script and modern frameworks such as React.js.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility.
Experience with front end build tools like Webpack, Vite or Gulp.

General Development:

Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT etc.)
Basic understanding of DevOps principles and server management is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven experience in building large scale web application.
Portfolio of past projects or GitHub profile showcasing your work.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

As a full stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining dynamic web applications. You will work closely with COTO and Project Manager, UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure the platform is feature-rich, secure and scalable.

Responsibilities:

Design, Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
Develop responsive, user friendly front end interfaces using modern framework.
Create and manage robust APIs to integrate third party services.
Build and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Implement best practices for code quality, security and performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
