Education

Minimum BSc in Computer Science or proven work experience in relevant field will also be considered

Additional Requirements

Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in developing web application using PHP Laravel and MySQL
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
At least 3 years of experience in ReactJS, Webpack, Redux
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Excellent knowledge about databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, etc.
Superb communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and time management skills
Sound knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc.)
Ability to be an analytical and creative thinker
Strong technical and business communication skill

Develop high-quality software design and architecture
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Review and debug code
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling
Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management
