Must have excellent analytical ability.
Must have Experience in consulting about Australia & Canada
Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Must be non-smoker.
Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software) and telephone systems.

Responsibilities & Context

FICC has been working since 2012 with a good reputation. This firm is a young, passionate, and committed International Education consulting agency providing services in Bangladesh. We are looking for a 2-3 years experienced Student Career Consultant (Experienced in student Consulting about Australia, Canada & USA) who has knowledge of the worldwide study/ Visit visa processing sector.

Proper career counseling directly over the phone & face to face to the students and their guardians for further study in Australia and Canada.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements. We are introducing the organization’s services to customers (Keeping phone records and updating customer information in the database) to follow up with the other process.
Maintained good communication with clients and prepared applications for admission into different foreign universities / maintaining other formalities related to entries with the university’s international office.
Must have a good command of English.
Coordinating the Admissions Manager/ Compliance Manager.
