Working Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual passionate about building a career in the education consultancy industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and forward outgoing calls as needed. Manage the Facebook page, messages, and reminders for relevant officers.
- Receive admission forms, messages, and documents, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate person.
- Communicate fluently in English & Bangla.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Display patience and good manners when interacting with clients.
- Submit daily work reports.
- Commit to working with us for at least 1 year.
