Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

Kloud Project Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Supply Chain Officer to oversee the entire supply chain department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing logistics, and ensuring efficient operations across all restaurant brands. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and close coordination with the management team to maintain our centralized structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Develop procurement plans to meet operational requirements for all brands.
Ensure procurement aligns with company policies and compliance standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels across outlets and ensure optimal stock availability.
Implement strategies to minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock outs.
Regularly conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Supply Chain Operations:

Oversee the entire supply chain workflow from sourcing to delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to avoid disruptions.
Optimize logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

ERP System Management:

Utilize the company’s ERP system to track and manage supply chain activities.
Analyze data and generate reports for management to make informed decisions.
Provide training to team members on ERP functionalities when necessary.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the supply chain team to enhance productivity and performance.
Set clear KPIs for the team and monitor their achievement.

Facilitate a positive work environment to drive team collaboration and motivation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain regular communication with management to update on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all procurement and inventory practices adhere to food safety and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to implement best practices.
Work with internal audit teams to ensure compliance across supply chain processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions.
Leverage data analytics to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.

Support strategic initiatives to enhance the scalability and flexibility of supply chain operations.
