Possesses excellent analytical ability to make decisions in critical situations.
Proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and suggest developing solutions
Must have the capability to prepare & interpret Block Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, ERDs, Flowcharts, DFD/PFDs, Sequence Diagrams, UML diagrams, etc.
Must be skilled with proven experience in technical documentation such as Software Requirement Specification (SRS), System Design, etc.
Must have the capability to communicate with stakeholders to analyze requirements
Define SoW, create and maintain all technical documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Staying up to date on the latest process and technology advancements to modernize systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as software development, database, SQA, and project management
