Additional Requirements

Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for spinning mills machineries.
Monthly/Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance of machineries.
Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process machineries.
Leading and managing a team of skilled mechanical engineers, technicians and maintenance staff.
Preparing and managing the mechanical department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Train up subordinates to develop service skill.
Exploring and implementing sustainable practices and technologies to reduce the environmental Impact.
Collaborating with other departments or teams within the spinning mill to address cross-functional issues.
Diagnosing and resolving HVAC and AC system problems quickly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
Complying with relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
