Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve secondary sales target.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Analyze data, sales trends, market competition to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges within the territory.
• Lead sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide product knowledge and training to SR, customers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements within the territory.
