Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
- Conduct market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
