Responsibilities & Context
Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling and polished video content for various channels, including promotional materials, social media, and internal communications.Create and implement dynamic video sequences, transitions, and effects using Adobe Premiere Pro (PR) and After Effects (AE).Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Graphics Design: Design visually engaging graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects using Adobe Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI).Develop high-quality visual assets for web and print, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.Create infographics, banners, and other visual elements to enhance the communication of key messages.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to elevate the visual quality and effectiveness of content.
Content Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and graphic design.Experiment with new techniques and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing and graphics design.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (PR), After Effects (AE), Audition (AU), Photoshop (PS), and Illustrator (AI).Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality video and graphic design projects.
Creativity: Proven ability to generate creative and effective visual solutions.
Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy and quality in all visual outputs.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional design and editing tools is a plus.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and visual storytelling.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
