- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a 5-star hotel, premium resort, or fine-dining restaurant in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of menu items, beverages, and basic food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Appearance & Personality: Presentable appearance, well-groomed, physically fit, and possessing a warm, pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context
Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, a leading five-star luxury resort in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our F&B Production Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and following standard service procedures.
- Serve food and beverages with proper presentation, temperature, and quality while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Communicate orders correctly to the kitchen through POS/KOT systems and ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor guest needs during service, respond to requests promptly, and escalate issues to the Team Leader or Manager when required.
- Prepare and maintain tables, service stations, and outlet areas while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness.
- Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards while supporting team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
