Responsibilities & Context

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support key areas of our datacenter and internal systems. This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do:

• Active Directory & Azure: Administer Group Policies, manage user access, and ensure system compliance. Azure experience is a plus.
• Okta: Handle user provisioning, SSO setup, and MFA enforcement for identity and access management.
• Google Workspace: Manage GSuite users, policies, and security configurations to support collaboration and compliance.
• VMware: Maintain and optimize virtual environments, ensuring performance and resource efficiency.
• MDM Tools: Use Jamf and Endpoint Central to manage device provisioning, security policies, and system monitoring for Mac and Windows endpoints.
