Responsibilities & Context

Green Delta Insurance Company Limited (GDIC) is looking for innovative, self-motivated, proactive, target & result-oriented professionals for Legal & Regulatory Department.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with different government offices and regulatory authorities (different ministries, , IDRA, BIDA, Bangladesh Bank.)
• Ensure compliances and timely renewals of all the licenses required for the business operations.
• Prepare and submit applications, reports, and other correspondences to the government offices.
• Perform regular coordination with the government offices and keep the management informed in prompt and timely manner.
• Analyze and present the impacts of government policies and regulations on business operations.
• Provide strategic advices to the management regarding policy and regulatory issues.
• Recommend, pursue, and liaison required policy changes with government bodies.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
